These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Twinterview. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Twinterview lets you create AI digital twins of customers, run AI-led interviews, and generate research reports. The service is provided on a subscription basis with the plans described on our pricing page.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
  • When inviting real participants, obtain appropriate consent and comply with applicable research and privacy laws.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Plan limits apply as described at checkout. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

AI-generated content

Outputs are generated by AI and provided for research and exploratory purposes. They may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as a substitute for professional judgment. You are responsible for how you use the outputs.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit and the reports you generate. We retain ownership of the platform, software, and underlying technology.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
