Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Twinterview (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform. By using the service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email, and organization details when you sign up.
  • Research content — the digital twins, studies, interview transcripts, and reports you create.
  • Participant data — where you invite real participants, their responses and consent records.
  • Usage data — how you interact with the product, used to improve reliability and performance.
  • Billing data — processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
  • To generate AI twins, run interviews, and synthesize reports on your behalf.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To communicate with you about your account and important updates.

AI processing

We use third-party AI providers (including OpenAI and Anthropic) to power twin generation, interviews, and report synthesis. Content you submit may be processed by these providers solely to deliver the service.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, database, payments, email, and AI providers), and where required by law.

Data retention & your rights

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your organization removes its associated research content.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and isolation of each organization’s data.
